How can I make a reservation?

You can book online, by phone, or in person at the hotel reception. All reservations are subject to availability.

  

Online booking

Making an online reservation is easy:

  1. Choose your preferred offer, hotel room or apartment. Click ‘Prices and availability’ or ‘Book this room’.
  2. Select your arrival and departure dates, number of rooms, and number of guests. Click ‘Check availability’.
  3. Choose your preferred room and click the ‘Select’ button.
  4. Add any extras to t your booking and click ‘Next’ to enter your details.
  5. Enter your personal information or log in with your account. Click 'I want to check my booking'.
  6. Check your reservation, select your payment method* and click 'I want to pay'. 

  

Once you’ve completed all the steps, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

  

* If you’ve selected an online payment method, choose your bank and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
* If you’ve chosen ‘Pay on arrival’, please ensure the full amount is paid when you check in.

At which hotels are dogs allowed?

Some of our accommodation has special rooms/apartments where dogs (up to 2) are welcome. You can bring your dog, depending on availability, to:

There is a surcharge for bringing your dog, with the exception of assistance dogs*. Important: to avoid disappointment, you should register your dog at the hotel/apartment in good time.

*Assistance dogs are allowed free of charge

I have lost/forgotten something. Did you find it?

Have you forgotten or lost something during your stay in a Hotel in Egmond hotel or apartment? Please let us know via the Lost and Found form. Please indicate where and when you were our guest and describe the lost item in as much detail as possible.

I did not receive confirmation of my reservation

After a completed booking, we will send you a reservation confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.
Did you not receive a confirmation? Check whether the confirmation ended up in your spam or unwanted email. Did you not receive the confirmation? Then contact us on +31 (0)72750 2000 or fill in the contact form.

What time can I check in and out?

Your room is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out on the day of departure no later than 10:30 a.m.

Are you staying in the suite of Hotel Zuiderduin? Then you have until 12.00 to check out.
