Entering the year 2026 in a wonderfully relaxed and cosy way is what you do at Hotel Zuiderduin. Enjoy our complete New Year's Eve package in the Zuiderduin Hall.

On New Year's Eve, we welcome you in the Zuiderduin Hall for a delicious dinner buffet, consisting of hot and cold buffets and a wonderful dessert buffet. Drinks from the Dutch assortment are included in your arrangement throughout the festive evening, from 6.15 pm - 1.00 am. The entertaining live music adds the perfect touch to the festive evening. At the stroke of midnight, we toast to a great year. The festive evening ends at 1:00 AM. Afterwards, you can choose to have another drink at Pub O'Donnell's.

You spend the night in a comfortable room in our hotel and enjoy free use of our swimming pool. A generous breakfast buffet in our restaurant on New Year's Day is included.

Period and dates of arrival
You can opt for 1 overnight stay on New Year's Eve, but you can also spend an extended period with us. Take a nice walk along the beach, visit the lively village centre or enjoy all the facilities of our hotel. Would you prefer to arrive a few days before* or stay a few days longer? That is also an option, for example:

  • Arrival on 30 -12-2025, departure on 01-01-2025 (or later): already from €281.50 p.p.
  • Arrival on 31-12-2025, departure on 02-01-2025 (or later): already from €269,00 p.p.

At which hotels are dogs allowed?

Some of our accommodation has special rooms/apartments where dogs (up to 2) are welcome. You can bring your dog, depending on availability, to:

What time can I check in and out?

Your room is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out on the day of departure no later than 10:30 a.m.

Are you staying in the suite of Hotel Zuiderduin? Then you have until 12.00 to check out.

Where can I check in and out?

Hotel Zuiderduin:
At Hotel Zuiderduin, you can check in and out 24/7.

Beach Hotel Golfzang:
At beach hotel Golfzang, you can check in and out 24/7.

Lido Apartments and Hotel de Boei:
You can check in at Hotel de Boei's reception if you are staying in one of the Lido apartments. Hotel de Boei is located opposite Lido Apartments. The reception of Hotel de Boei is open until 18:00 on Fridays, and until 17:00 on all other days. Outside these opening hours, you can check in at Hotel Zuiderduin, located at Zeeweg 52 in Egmond aan Zee.

Apartments De Egmonden:
During the high season, the reception of De Egmonden is open on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and outside the high season on Mondays and Fridays from 9am to 5pm. On all other days, you should check in at Hotel Zuiderduin, Zeeweg 52 in Egmond aan Zee.

Natuurlijk Apartments:
You can check in at the reception of Hotel Zuiderduin, Zeeweg 52 in Egmond aan Zee. For check-out, we also ask you to go to Hotel Zuiderduin.

Hotel de Boei:
The reception of Hotel de Boei is located in the main building: Westeinde 2, 1931 AB Egmond aan Zee. The reception is open until 6pm on Fridays and until 5pm on other days.Outside these opening hours, you can check in at Hotel Zuiderduin, located at Zeeweg 52 in Egmond aan Zee.

Hotel de Vassy:
The reception of Hotel de Vassy open until 18:00 on Fridays, and until 17:00 on all other days. Outside these opening hours, you can check in at Strandhotel Golfzang, Boulevard Noord 8 in Egmond aan Zee.

Hotel Neptunus:
You can check in at the reception of Hotel Zuiderduin, Zeeweg 52 in Egmond aan Zee. We also ask you to go to Hotel Zuiderduin for check-out.

Hotel Mare Liberum:
You can check in at the reception of Hotel Zuiderduin, Zeeweg 52 in Egmond aan Zee. We also ask you to go to Hotel Zuiderduin for check-out.

How can I make a reservation?

You can book online, by phone, or in person at the hotel reception. All reservations are subject to availability.

Making an online reservation is easy:

  1. Choose your preferred offer, hotel room or apartment. Click ‘Prices and availability’ or ‘Book this room’.
  2. Select your arrival and departure dates, number of rooms, and number of guests. Click ‘Check availability’.
  3. Choose your preferred room and click the ‘Select’ button.

  5. Enter your personal information or log in with your account. Click 'I want to check my booking'.
  6. Check your reservation, select your payment method* and click 'I want to pay'. 

  

Once you’ve completed all the steps, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

How can I reserve a baby cot?

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included when staying in a hotel room at our hotels. It is not possible to book a room without breakfast.

Breakfast Hours:

  • Hotel Zuiderduin: between 7.30 and 10.30 a.m.
  • Strandhotel Golfzang: between 07.00 and 10.30 a.m.
  • Hotel de Boei: between 08.00 and 10.30 a.m.
  • Hotel de Vassy: between 8.30 and 10.30 a.m.
  • Hotel Neptunus: between 8.30 and 10.30 a.m.
  • Strandhotel Het Hoge Duin: Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Can I park for free in Egmond aan Zee?

In Egmond aan Zee, paid parking applies:

  • From 1 March to 1 November, between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily.
  • From 1 November to 1 March, on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (as of 1 January 2023). Parking is free on all other days.

Some Hotel in Egmond accommodations offer private parking. Others offer digital parking permits for a fee. You can check what applies to the hotel or apartment of your choice on the website.

  

New Parking Meters

The municipality of Bergen is currently replacing parking meters. Work in Egmond aan Zee will continue until mid-April. Please note the following for the new machines:

  • Payment is digital only, via card or phone. Coins are no longer accepted.
  • No printed ticket will be issued. You will receive a digital one. Parking is monitored based on your number plate.

You can still use a parking app as an alternative to the meters.

  

The replacement of the meters does not affect existing parking rules, permits, or permit zones.

What are your cancellation conditions?

Subject to our terms and conditions, it is possible to change your stay date or cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. This only applies to a reservation in one of our hotels and also depends on the period in which your stay falls.

  • You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. Afterwards 100% cancellation costs.
  • A (one-time) rebooking up to 24 hours before arrival is possible free of charge. Rebooking costs of €25.00 will be charged within 24 hours before arrival.
  • The Uniform Conditions for Catering Reservations apply to conferences and events, which you can find on your confirmation.
