Welcome to De Egmonden. In our modern, spacious, and barrier-free 8-person apartment, you have all the space you need, Aalso, with a mobility scooter, walker, or (electric) wheelchair.
The apartment
The 8-person apartment consists of two connected 4-person apartments. This means that you have 4 high-low beds and 4 single beds, spread over 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, 2 extra toilets, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens.
The living rooms have a spacious sitting area with a television and a dining table. Thanks to the natural light, the living room is a nice place to sit. The open kitchens, with a height-adjustable kitchen unit, have everything you need.
The apartment has four bedrooms with a total of four high-low beds and four single beds. A lifting pole is available on request. Unique are the two spacious bathrooms, where each bathroom has a double sink in two heights and two showers, one of which has a folding shower chair.
In good weather, you can take a seat on the spacious balcony. You can make free use of the wifi and the parking garage. For general use, we have one height-adjustable bath, which you can use upon reservation.

Equal treatment and maximum hospitality have the highest priority for us. Everyone is welcome in our apartments. Whether you have a healthcare question or not. At De Egmonden, no one will feel excluded or treated separately. No guest is short of anything with us. At De Egmonden, all barriers have been removed for you, literally and figuratively.

We have new cancellation conditions. This way, you can book your stay carefree and, if necessary, move or cancel it later.
You can cancel the booking free of charge* up to 72 hours before arrival. Afterwards 100% cancellation costs.
A (one-time*) rebooking up to 24 hours before arrival is possible free of charge. Rebooking costs of €25.00 will be charged within 24 hours before arrival.
Conditions
Hotel Zuiderduin is situated only a hundred metres from the beach of Egmond aan Zee. The lively centre with nice shops and cosy restaurants is also nearby. The modern hotel has many facilities, including: indoor swimming pool, sauna, bowling alley, wellness, bike rental, pub and restaurant.
