The budget room at Hotel Zuiderduin is a modern and functionally furnished room where you can relax and enjoy your stay at the coast. The room has two beds, a seating area, desk, television and telephone. The room has a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and bath and/or shower. From the common gallery, you can enjoy the fresh sea air of Egmond aan Zee.
The budget room has the same facilities as the standard room but is our cheapest variant because it lacks a view. These rooms face roof tiles or a wall of a conference room. In addition, these rooms do not have a private balcony but give access to a common gallery.

Hotel Zuiderduin is situated only a hundred metres from the beach of Egmond aan Zee. The lively centre with nice shops and cosy restaurants is also nearby. The modern hotel has many facilities, including: indoor swimming pool, sauna, bowling alley, wellness, bike rental, pub and restaurant.
